Yellow and Blue Bunny and florals | 2018 Original Watercolor Painting
Story. Since I can remember, I have relied on outlines to illustrate. Drawing with color was intimidating, and I felt uncomfortable. But I was determined to challenge my fears and learn how to do the very things that scare me.
This illustration was a part of my second watercolor tutorial, in which I taught how to shade using one color without relying on pencil or ink to define shapes. To this day, this painting makes me smile because of its simplicity and joyous vibes.
So the next time you are afraid, allow yourself the grace to experiment, explore, and make mistakes until your heart's content.
Measures 4.75 X 5.25 in
